Frans Salom Girsang, S.H.,M.H Frans holds a Degree in Law from the University Of Parahyangan, Bandung. He has undertaken further training in the fields of bankruptcy (curator and receiver), corporate, labor, family and public law, litigation, telecommunications, construction and intellectual property rights.
As founders of Frans Girsang & Partners, Frans specializes in the fields of litigation and public law and speaks fluent English and Indonesian. Not only he is a member of Indonesian Bar Association, he also hold Curator and Receiver License for Bankruptcy and a member of Indonesian Curator and Receiver Association. His extensive experience in legal professionalism gives him the advantage of a broad network which provides an advantage to the firm in handling various cases and public-related legal issues as well as government relations.
